CSR
The objective of the CSR Policy of the Company is to contribute towards social welfare projects focusing on providing education, vocational training, promoting health care facilities to economically weaker and underprivileged section of the Society.
In association with organizations like Purvanchal Kalyan Ashram, Agarwal Global Foundation and Lions Clubs, EFC has been actively involved in organizing various Health Check-up and Eye Check-up Camps, from time to time, in different rural areas. People are screened through vision testing camps and checked by efficient doctors. Those identified with serious problems are further linked with hospitals for proper treatment. EFC also organizes Blood Donation camps at some of its premises every year.
Recently, as part of the Government’s Swachh Bharat Initiative, EFC distributed dustbins for waste collection, at various locations in and around Kolkata. EFC is committed to work for the sustainable development of the country in years to come.
